Returns and Exchange Policy

  1. We reserve the right to refuse a return, cancellation, or exchange request should we find it unreasonable.
  2. Should an order be canceled after processing, but prior to shipment a 5% merchandise restocking fee may be applicable.
  3. With regards to cancellation, you have up to 24 hours or before shipment, whichever comes first. to cancel your order. Beyond 24 hours, you will have to request a return.
  4. If you have received a product or products that have been damaged, i.e., soiled or torn, or you have received the wrong product or products, you have 10 days to contact us to either request a refund and return the product to us, or request an exchange. However, you may not request both a refund and an exchange. Please note that if the returned products are unreasonably damaged or if the returned order contains an excess amount of product, we may request a 20% return fee.
  1. Due to hygienic concerns, we cannot accept the return of the following items: prayer mat, water bottles, coffee mugs, niqab, burka, swimsuits, cosmetics, soaps, creams, lotions, cleansers, or oils.
  2. Incorrect or damaged Items - In the event that you are accidentally sent an incorrect or damaged item – please contact customer service by email karmindirect@gmail.com BEFORE sending in your return.
  3. All returns require an authorization number. To obtain an authorization number you must contact Customer Service and provide your order number.
  4. Please ensure your return is authorized PRIOR to sending it. Unauthorized returns may be returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
  5. With Regards to Shipping Costs: You, the buyer, are responsible for the shipping costs with regards to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
  6. We will not refund charges paid for return shipping. If you have received a defective item or items, you must request a prepaid label for return shipping. Please contact us PRIOR to sending in your return if you have received a defective item or items.
  7. If we accept your request for a refund, the refund will be provided to the same credit card that was used when ordering the product.
  8. We do not offer exchanges on exchanged items. We do not offer free shipping on exchange orders. We don’t ship exchanges by Express Services.
  9. Please include identification information (Invoice, Authorization form) with your return, we may not be able to process your return – or we may return it to you at your expense. If you do not use our Return Authorization system and mark your order as instructed.
  10. Refunds or Exchanges are only available for merchandise received in the same condition you have received it: new, unused, unwashed conditions within 15 days of delivery (or within 30 days from 11/01/2023 to 12/31/2023).
  11. Items MUST be returned in the same condition received. Items that are not returned in the same condition as received (e.g., outfits balled in package, rolled up, packaged poorly, soiled, washed, damaged packaging and/or parts) will be refused acceptance as damaged goods.
  12. Exchange requests for items sold as “assorted colors” or “pattern may vary” will not be accepted.
  13. Exchange requests for complimentary items, promotional materials, or free gifts will not be accepted.
  14. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Shipping includes all Standard services, Express services, Air services, Alternate Carrier services, COD Fees, and any additional fees that we must pay the courier on your behalf.
  15. Shipping Reimbursement – Return/Exchange reimbursement policy: Prepaid labels/shipping reimbursement will only be provided for exchange requests on damaged and/or defective goods. We will not reimburse shipping charges on requests for return for refund.
  16. PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING TIME FOR REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ONCE YOUR RETURN HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US.

*Note: Merchandise not following these guidelines will not be accepted, including merchandise that shows signs of use, or items damaged due to improper return packaging. Silk scarves especially are delicate and require proper handling. Folding and packaging properly ensures that we will be able to resell item to other customers in the future.

*Note: We reserve the right to refuse any return at any time, even if it is within the return policy. We also reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee and to charge the buyer for shipping costs (especially on orders that received free shipping).
